Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt Powdered sugar, for dusting Instructions: Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and grease a Madeline pan with butter or non-stick spray In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined Add the flour, baking powder, and salt to the bowl, and mix until smooth Slowly pour in the melted butter and vanilla extract while continuing to mix Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the batter for at least 30 minutes Once chilled, spoon the batter into the prepared Madeline pan
