Chocolate Chip Muffins



These delicious chocolate chip muffins are perfect for breakfast or a snack. They're moist, fluffy, and packed with chocolatey goodness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375F 190C and line a muffin tin with paper liners

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, milk, yogurt, and vanilla extract

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined

Gently fold in the chocolate chips

Scoop the batter into the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
